These terms govern your use of Badgerly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Badgerly.
The service
Badgerly is a job tracking tool that helps you organise applications, companies, contacts, and tags in one place. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Plans and payments
Badgerly offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is a single one-time payment of US$9.99 that unlocks unlimited jobs and contacts for the lifetime of your account. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Badgerly does not store your card details. One-time Pro purchases are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
Acceptable use
Please use Badgerly only for its intended purpose of tracking your own job search. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store or share unlawful content.
Your content
You own the job, company, and contact data you enter into Badgerly. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Termination
You may stop using Badgerly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Badgerly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Badgerly evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before they take effect.
